Quotes and bookings
Submitting the inquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we've agreed on the route, dates, price, and any deposit required, in writing.
What's included
What's included in your tour price (transport, driver-guide, accommodation, and listed meals) is confirmed in your individual quote, as pricing and inclusions vary by route and camp tier — see our pricing section for typical inclusions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your group (size, ages, any mobility or dietary needs) so we can plan appropriately
- Arrive at agreed pickup times and locations
- Follow your guide's safety instructions, particularly around vehicle use, camel treks, and any dune activities (quad bike, buggy)
Our responsibilities
We'll provide the route, transport, guide, and accommodation as confirmed in your booking, and communicate promptly about any changes needed due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Liability
Desert travel involves inherent risks (road conditions, animal activity, weather). We take reasonable care to run tours safely, but travelers participate in camel treks, quad biking, and other activities at their own risk and should ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.
